Return Instructions
At ICBM Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we have a straightforward return & exchange policy to ensure your confidence in shopping with us. Our aim is to build trust and reassure you that you can buy with ease and peace of mind. You are responsible to fully inspect all products carefully and immediately upon arrival. Contact us by email for a prepaid return shipping form. Once received, please bring the item you wish to return to your nearest Canada Post outlet. You have 30 days to return the product and a refund will be issued 14 days after we receive the returned item.
Return & Exchange Policy
The customer must notify ICBM Clothing, by contacting its Customer Care team either in writing (including by email) or by telephone, about any alleged defects, non-conformances or damages within 30 days after receipt of the Products. Failure of customer to timely notify ICBM Clothing after receipt as indicated in this section could potentially void the Product warranty. In the event the order was placed by a consumer, meaning a physical person who purchased the Product for use not related to a business, entrepreneurial or professional activity, the aforesaid notice period is extended an additional 3 weeks and will start on the day the alleged damages or defects are discovered or should reasonably be discovered when the order was timely inspected upon receipt.
